Can Virtual Reality help autistic children learn emotion recognition independently?

Prototyping and Testing
Ongoing prototypes and testing ensured our human aids within the virtual world was kept realistic and friendly. Constant feedback from in-class tutors provided us with the insight of realism and wellbeing coping methods.
Final Design
The finalised working prototype contains multiple features; embodied interactions, multi-level progression, constant aid, focus retainment and distraction free environments. These ensure the targeted young users apply and focus their attention to the humanoid whilst continually developing their skills. The simplicity of the overall design deters away from any possible distractions, accompanied with visuals and sounds are deemed appropriate for our target audience.
